Happy New Year to all my loyal dear fans! Between launching the dear brand and visiting Steve & Barry’s stores across the country, 2007 was an amazing year. Thank you again for all of your support and wonderful comments about dear. 2008 has even more in store for dear! The dear spring 2008 collection is being finalized now and you will be able to preview it on the website soon. Look for lots of bright colors and fun patterns this season. Also, I want to formally congratulate the two ultimate deargirl winners, Krista from South Point, Ohio, and Stephanie, from Portland, Oregon. As ultimate deargirls, they spent the day shopping with me at Steve & Barry’s in New York City. Pictures from their shopping spree and photoshoot will soon be posted on the website as well. Once again, I love hearing your feedback about dear so keep those comments and suggestions coming this season! I’ll write more updates soon!

It’s hard to believe that dear has been in Steve & Barry’s stores for one month already! It’s so great to know that girls around the country are wearing dear all the time. As summer is winding down and the weather is turning cooler, the vneck hooded sweatshirts and other dear sweaters are starting to come in handy. The sweatshirts are so comfy and there are many colors available…they match perfectly with any outfit! For even more fall looks, check out My Closet in the lounge because new items were added last week. Also, I want to send a congratulations to the winner of the Sydney White world premiere sweepstakes. I had a great time at the premiere and post party in LA on Thursday! Hi deargirls!  What an amazing two weeks it has been launching the dear collection!  Thanks to everyone who came to the launch celebration at the Manhattan Mall on August 16.  There were thousands of people there and I got to meet so many of my fans.  It was so cool seeing girls walking through the store with piles of dear clothing in their arms gettng ready for back to school!  The national tour was so much fun as well.  I visited 6 stores in 4 days and met thousands of deargirls.  Of course, I have been wearing dear clothing ALL the time now.  I LOVE the hoodies.  I even wore the 3/4 sleeve striped hoodie in yellow on launch day.  Keep checking the dear website for a video documenting the day in New York City which will be up soon.  I’ve also been having a great time playing around on dearBYamanda.com.  As you can see, more clothing has been added to My Closet and more styles are coming in September.  Also, don’t forget to sign up to win a trip the world premiere of my new movie, Sydney White, in LA!  You can enter online or at your local Steve & Barry’s store.  Finally, the dear lounge referral contest ends on Friday so make sure to keep signing up your friends.  That’s all for now…have fun shopping!

Hi and welcome to dear Launch Week! Thanks to everyone for commenting so far on dear thoughts.  I love hearing your positive reactions to the dear collection.  Deargirls, make sure to continue to forward your password to friends and family to earn more referral points.  The contest for the NYC dear shopping spree continues until the end of the month!  I can’t believe that dear will be in Steve & Barry’s stores in only 2 DAYS!  I’m looking forward to heading out to Steve & Barry’s-Manhattan Mall in New York City this Thursday morning to meet the crowd (and maybe do some shopping myself).  Have you girls checked out My Closet yet in the lounge?  I am having so much fun creating individual and unique outfits.  I already wore the heidi top in frost grey on “Late Night with Conan O’Brien” last week.  I also wore one of the racerback jumpers to the dear launch party in New York City.  You can check out that outfit in my launch party interview with “Access Hollywood”.  I’m counting down the days and I can’t wait to write again after dear officially launches on Thursday!

Hi again! I’m so glad you girls have been receiving your dear style kits. What do you think of the black tee shirt with yellow stars? I love that tee! I even wore it at the first dear photoshoot.
